Privacy notice


The purpose of this statement of Privacy Policy (the “SPP“) is to inform Customer (hereinafter also “Recruiter“) and anyone on Customer’s behalf including the user of the System as part of an application and/or screening process held by Customer (hereinafter: “Applicant” or “User“) regarding the kind of information that Midot may gather about an Applicant and the manner in which such information may be used or disclosed. All terms of use not specifically defined in this SPP shall have the meaning as defined in Midot’s Standard Terms of Use of the System, as included on our web-site.

  1. Applicant’s Profile InformationMidot gathers Applicant information during the registration process and/or when the Applicant is requested to update his or her personal details (e.g., e-mail address; full name; mailing and residence address, etc.). Tests taken by applicants and the results thereof will not be available to the Applicant, and the Applicant hereby waives any claim of right to such tests or results and/or any parts thereof. Midot keeps Applicant profile information confidential and will not intentionally share it with any third parties without the Applicant’s prior consent. However, by submitting such profile information and using the System, Applicant indicates his or her consent to sharing this profile information with the Recruiter. An Applicant who does not wish to have their personal profile information shared with Recruiters should not use the System and should refrain from submitting any personal profile information.Midot will not intentionally disclose Applicants profile information unless acting in good faith and under belief that such disclosure is required in order to: (1) comply with applicable law and/or a valid decree of a competent court or a legally binding and valid demand by an authorized government agency; (2) protect and defend it’s rights and property; (3) in case which to the best of Midot’s sole good faith judgment constitute an emergency that requires such disclosure and to the extent such disclosure is requires under the circumstances.
  2. SecurityThe confidentiality, security and control of assessment data and results, are of primary interest to Midot. Our website is protected by a firewall. Users may only access the System after provision of their usernames and passwords. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and will be responsible for all activities and charges resulting from any use thereof, including unauthorized use.
  3. Rights and Non-Confidentiality By submitting or sending documents, information or other material through the System, both Customer and/or User warrant that: they waive any and all of their rights in or to such Material; to the best of their knowledge no other person has any right in or to such Material and both Customer and User grant Midot an unrestricted, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, transmit and distribute the material/ the information provided that any such use will not cause the disclosure of the identity of either Customer and/or User. Both Customer and User will hold Midot harmless for any damage (whether direct and/or indirect including consequential) arising as a result or in connection with such use.
